PROMPT is a web-based user interface that allows subscribers of the Encounter Notification Service® to increase utilization of a patient’s admit, discharge, transfer (ADT) data. It serves as a lightweight care management tool and also supports follow-up workflows by providing bulk access to attributed information (such as emergency department high-utilizers).

PROMPT makes managing patients who may be either ACO members or part of specific care management programs more consolidated. A single user can access multiple panels or conversely, multiple users can access the same panel, allowing patient management status’ to be shared across an organization.

You may select to receive your ENS notifications through PROMPT when completing your ENS Onboarding Document. If you already receive alerts in another format and want to modify your current means of receiving alerts contact us at FLHIE-ServiceDesk@ainq.com and let us know you are interested in using PROMPT. A Florida HIE representative will help you start the process.
