The Florida Health Information Exchange (Florida HIE) is currently going through a vendor transition from PointClickCare (PCC) to CRISP Shared Services (CSS). Please visit the new website at FLHIE.org. The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) is continually sending notifications about weekly virtual meetings called “office hours” and ongoing webinars to explain the transition process. If you have questions, please email FLHII@ahca.myflorida.com. For any questions about enrollment into the new Florida HIE services, please reach out to info@flhie.org.
